President Obama is scheduled to come to Quincy, Illinois this coming Wednesday, April 28, 2010. To quote Bill Hennessey of the St Louis Tea Party organization:
"There's only one reason: to slap down the Quincy Tea Party which has done fantastic work there and backing up events in St. Louis. All of us have gotten great national coverage on both Fox and BigGovernment because of the Quincy people. (Mike Flynn, editor of BigGovernment.com, is from Quincy. His mom and dad are still there.)"
K & N Patriots will lead this Wednesday's ROLLING TEA PARTY from O'Fallon, MO to Quincy, Illinois, so come and join us in our quest to send a message to President Obama that we are "mainstream America," exercising our First Amendment rights in an orderly and lawful way and we are determined to vote any politician out of office that continues down the path of turning America into a socialist nation.
When asked why he thinks President Obama is coming to Quincy, McQueen didn't hold back.
"I think the Democrats have to do damage control after the Phil Hare debacle," McQueen said after Congressman Hare (D-Rock Island) made news regarding his remarks about health care and the Constitution. "I'm sure they're going to say they want to highlight Quincy, and that's fine, but there's no question that the Tea Party is on their radar."
